He’s been beating up workers both verbal and physical. Mr. Mubash further alleged that the Rector, Prof Emmanuel Owusu Marfo has no knowledge about the policy document of the institution. While showing their displeasure, lecturers of the Wa Polytechnic chased out the Rector with sticks, stones amidst shouts of thief, thief and perused him out of campus in his controversial Mercedes Benz. A three-member committee has been set up to investigate the allegations of the financial impropriety against Prof Emmanuel Marfo Owusu, the embattled Rector.
