(2/2) WATCH: Police mobiles and motorcycles were seen using sirens as a vehicle with stickers of Francis Tolentino was about to pass a street here in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. President Benigno Aquino III banned the use of sirens, except for authorized personnel in police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances. PNP spokesperson Senior Supt. INQUIRER.net tried to contact Tolentino and Senior Supt. Chito Bersaluna, director of the Bulacan Provincial Police Office, but they have not yet replied as of this posting.
