If you are from QC, then you should be living here in QC,” Belmonte said. In September last year, the city council passed the Comprehensive Socialized Housing Code of 2018, authored by councilor Marivic Co Pilar, which seeks to provide affordable and adequate housing for low-income sectors. The ordinance also ensures access to employment and social services within socialized housing areas.
