Bhopal, Sept. 7: A man demanding the arrest of Ram Naresh Yadav in connection with the Vyapam scam tried to set himself on fire as the Madhya Pradesh governor's cavalcade began leaving Raj Bhavan on the last day of his tenure. Police and Raj Bhavan staff doused the flames. Senior police officers termed the immolation bid in a high-security zone a serious security breach. He had, however, entered the Raj Bhavan premises by claiming he was a member of the NCP. Yadav was given the Madhya Pradesh government's plane to fly to Lucknow.
