The activity, which will see the divers release the aquarium-bred thorny seahorses aged three months to one year old, is in dedication to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The aquarium is based at the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources' Andaman Marine and Coastal Resources Research and Development Centre
