Visit the incredible natural swimming pools hidden in Blackdown Tableland National Park, Queensland

Stunning natural swimming pools hidden above a waterfall and inside one of the Queensland's national parks have been revealed in a series of incredible photos. Pictures of the waterholes, which sit above Rainbow Falls at Blackdown Tableland National Park in the state's central east, were shared on a popular travel Facebook page on Sunday. Those keen to take a dip can drive two hours west of Rockhampton on the Capricorn Highway, before taking the turn off to Blackdown Tablelands National Park - which is in between Dingo and Bluff. It is then another hour to drive to the Rainbow Falls car park, 8km after the Munall Campgrounds turn off, and from the car it's a 4km walk.
