The NBA has suspended Sacramento Kings star Dennis Schroder after he 'attempted to strike' Luka Doncic after his team's loss to the LA Lakers last month. The Kings lost 125-101 to the Lakers at Crypto.com Arena on December 28, but the battle appeared to continue off court. In a statement released on Saturday night, the NBA confirmed it has suspended Schroder for three games without pay for 'confronting and attempting to strike another player'. The player in question was not named in the NBA's statement, but insider Chris Haynes reported that it was Doncic that Schroder sought out 'in a hallway'. The journeyman has played for 10 teams in 12 seasons, playing 842 regular season games in his career to date.
