The Vietnamese Government leader said that Vietnam is always interested in CAEXPOs, which has been shown through the country’s active participation in the events. Therefore, partners of Vietnamese businesses will also have opportunities to access a market with two-thirds of the world population and three-fourths of global GDP, he noted. Through the four-day event, Vietnamese firms have a chance to seek partners, introduce their products to China and ASEAN countries. First held in Nanning in 2004 following China ’s initiative, the annual exhibition has become an important channel for fostering trade and investment cooperation between China and ASEAN.
