PETALING JAYA: Yet another road user has been caught on camera fighting with municipal council personnel over a traffic infraction. In the four minute video, a man can be seen fighting with DBKL personnel after his car had been clamped. Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Chong Kok Sin said that a police report was made by one of the DBKL personnel on the day of the incident. "He and his colleague, as well as two other men had clamped the car after it had been parked outside the designated box. The team, which included the two men from a company selected by the council, was conducting a car clamping operation within the area.
