Airport surveillance video appeared to show an attacker, felled by a gunshot from a security officer, blowing himself up seconds later. Images shared by traveller and journalists on social media reveal the chaos and destruction of the attack. A growing stream of travellers, some rolling suitcases behind them, fled down a corridor, looking fearfully over their shoulders.
