Chelsea Football Club will visit Lagos, Nigeria, for the first time in its history this May as part of its global fan engagement programme, PUNCH Online reports. The English club disclosed this in a statement on its website on Thursday, noting that former player and ex-Super Eagles forward, Victor Moses, will headline activities during the visit. According to the club, the Lagos event is the penultimate stop of the 2025/26 season for The Famous CFC, an initiative aimed at strengthening ties with supporters worldwide. “The visit to Nigeria is the fifth stop this season for the international fan programme, which looks to deepen connections with Blues supporters around the world,” the club said. Moses, who enjoyed a successful spell at Chelsea, was part of the squad that won the 2016/17 Premier League title.
