Friends of the victim in a fatal stabbing early Monday morning in Wasaga Beach have identified him as Erick Tello. Provincial police are investigating the stabbing death of a man in Wasaga Beach — the second stabbing fatality this long weekend in the Georgian Bay resort town. Mark Kinney told CBC News police are investigating the death separately from the other stabbing homicide in Wasaga Beach, that happened Saturday night. Tello, who friends say is 22, is the second person to be stabbed to death this long weekend in the Georgian Bay resort town. Police say Tello was stabbed close to Skull Island, a pirate-themed miniature golf course in the area.
