VICROADS chief executive John Merritt has quit the road authority after three years in the top job. Appointed in April 2014, Mr Merritt has led a program of substantial organisational change while overseeing the launch of the biggest capital works program VicRoads has ever undertaken. media_camera VicRoads Chief Executive John Merritt has led a large project of works.
