A man has been taken to a Victoria hospital after he was found in the middle of the roadway in the 1700 block of Bay Street. Now the Victoria Police Department (VicPD) is asking anyone with surveillance video of the area at that particular time and location to contact them. The man was found on Thursday at 2:05 a.m., wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans. “Any information regarding the man around the time he was found may be helpful to investigators,” VicPD.
