Prominent Telugu filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday after he complained of breathing related problems. The filmmaker will have to undergo a chest surgery and the hospital has already issued a statement about the same. “Following infection in lungs and kidneys, director Dasari Narayana Rao has been admitted. He will have to undergo dialysis and chest surgery,” Bollineni Bhaskar Rao, Managing Director and CEO of KIMS, said in a statement. Rao has won National Award for his film and has directed a record number of films.
