Verisk Agrees to Sell 3E Business


By Stephen NakrosisVerisk Analytics Inc. on Monday said it agreed to sell its 3E business to investment firm New Mountain Capital. Verisk said the deal has a potential aggregate cash consideration of up to $950 million. The purchase price consists of $630 million of cash at closing, up to $50 million of earnout payments and up to $270 million of additional deferred payments.
