Everywhere you turn, there’s another study ranking California drivers as among the worst. In fact, there’s just about only one thing California drivers all agree on: Everybody else on the roads has lost their minds. We identified seven of the most frustrating things people do while driving, and we’re here, with the California Driver’s Handbook, to correct them. Then after we all come to a stop, turn on their signal. Improper merging is also one of the most common reasons California Highway Patrol officers stop drivers on the road.
