Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter (DN) asked all 349 MPs who they hoped would be the next US President, and 83 percent of those who responded backed Clinton. DN’s e-mail survey received a response from 234 of the MPs, of which 195 said they want Clinton to win. One of the MPs backing Clinton to take top spot in the White House is Centre Party leader Annie Lööf. DN carried out a similar study last March, polling 100 Swedish MPs before the process of selecting presidential nominees was over.
