Leo Varadkar has warned Fianna Fáil that he is keeping note of the promises that the party makes in the run-up to the budget. Speculation was circling around Leinster House this week that the taoiseach was considering pulling the plug on the confidence-and-supply agreement between the party and Fine Gael.
