New Delhi, April 8: BJP general secretary Ram Madhav has said that security forces will continue to respond to militants in Kashmir with the "utmost harshness" and asserted he expects a calm summer in the Valley. Let me tell you, we are not against the Valley people. On the contrary we want them to prosper, and as the Prime Minister has said, tourism is the way, not terrorism." (Srinagar is set to vote on Sunday to fill the Lok Sabha vacancy resulting from the resignation of Tariq Karra. The chief provocateurs and troublemakers in the Valley, Madhav argued, were not Kashmiris but Pakistanis.
