Vaccinated tourists to be allowed to dine indoors

Vaccinated tourists will be allowed to eat and drink indoors under plans to reopen pubs and restaurants for indoor hospitality. These plans will see the EU Digital Covid Cert (DCC) be used as a ‘vaccine pass’ to allow those who are vaccinated or who have recovered from Covid-19 to dine indoors. Indoor dining will be reopened on a phased system, where vaccinated and recovered people will be allowed indoors at first. It is expected that vaccinated parents will be able to bring their unvaccinated children with them when dining indoors. Hospitality sources also expect that tourists will be allowed to dine and drink indoors if they have proof of vaccination.
