Vietnam logs nearly 3,000 COVID-19 cases on July 14Vietnam logged 829 COVID-19 new cases, including 823 domestic ones, from 12.30pm to 6.30pm on July 14, according to the Ministry of Health. Phu noted that returnees from Covid-19-hit areas, especially Ho Chi Minh City, currently the nation's largest coronavirus hotspot, could infect the community. In addition, there’s a plan to open a direct flight between Bangalore and Vietnam and make Bangalore the technology hub for Vietnam. Addressing the ceremony, VUFO President Nguyen Phuong Nga said people-to-people exchanges between the two countries have been maintained despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Recently, the Vietnam Circus Federation has worked with Vietnam Cai Luong (reformed opera) Theatre to successfully stage the play ‘Cay gay than’ (The Magic Stick).
