The Toyota was tipped to its roof and left in the road. A Toyota Hilux was tipped upside down by a tractor then smashed with a sledgehammer opposite a busy shopping centre in suburban Christchurch. Events unfolded on Friday morning in Beckford Rd, opposite the St Martins shopping centre and New World supermarket, when a tractor driver turned the white ute onto its roof. The battered vehicle was left in the street for several hours before the same blue tractor was used to push it onto a nearby driveway.
