Photo / SuppliedThe man who died in an accident at a Taranaki meatworks last week has been named by police. He was Robin Barry Killeen, 74, a grandfather, who was working Anzco Foods plant in Eltham as a cleaner. Police and the Eltham fire brigade were called to the plant in London St about 6.25am on Thursday. A staff member who works at the plant but wouldn't be named said the employee had been crushed by a machine. Killeen's death is the third incident WorkSafe has investigated at the plant this year.
