There have been lots of allegations against pastors, churches who invite gospel musicians for church events of not paying well and sometimes nothing at all. One gospel musician who shared his story with Christian Agyei Frimpong host of Onua 95.1 FM entertainment talk show Anigye Mmre is SP Kofi Sarpong. Kwesi Ernest who joined the discussion narrated how bad some pastors treat gospel musicians anytime they engage their service. “As for me I want to tell the pastors if they can’t pay for the services gospel musicians render to them during their church programs, they should let their church choir sing for them,” Kwesi Ernest asserted.
