Kenya can only be assured of food security if modern irrigation technologies are adopted from other countries, the Kenya Water Institute has said. Director Leunita Sumba yesterday told the Star on the phone, “We want to build a mass of people who will help us to transfer modern irrigation methods and improve yields.”
