He highlighted the importance of assimilating technology with governance to ensure equitable growth and prosperity for all, and highlighted the role technology was playing in India's development. The gathering included Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and the ruler of Dubai. The "6Rs" were mentioned when the Prime Minister stressed that technology should not be used to fight with nature but to "co-exist" with it. The Prime Minister held up India's Mars orbital programme as a shining example of its technology leap.
