The two probe committees, formed to investigate the unidentified disease which claimed lives of nine children in Sitakunda, have submitted their reports. The investigators submitted their reports to Chittagong Civil Surgeon Dr Azizur Rahman Siddiqui on Sunday. Also Read- IEDCR investigates mysterious disease in SitakundaOffices of the Chittagong Civil Surgeon and Sitakunda Upazila Health Complex formed the two separate probe committees. One of committees was headed by Mirsarai Upazila Health Officer Dr Abdul Malek while the other was headed by Sitakunda Upazila Health Medical officer Dr Abdus Salam. On Saturday, a team from IEDCR visited Sitakunda and examined people afflicted with a mysterious disease.
