A young woman charged over a protest that saw Scott Morrison's BMW splashed with red paint has been banned from going within 250 metres of the Prime Minister. Tyler Michelle Hingst, 19, allegedly took part in a rowdy protest on October 12 when Scott Morrison visited Queensland during the state election campaign.
