To the Editor:Re “Only in Palm Beach: The $95 Million Tear-Down” (Inside Wealth, by Robert Frank, Aug. 28):Nowhere in the article are the two words that explain why Dmitry Rybolovlev won’t make his money back on his property deal: climate change.
