But one of the biggest fears concerning last month’s Games has not come to fruition: There have been no new confirmed cases of the Zika virus connected to the Olympics, according to the World Health Organization. “We don’t have any confirmed cases of Zika amongst travelers or amongst, indeed, athletes,” said Peter Salama, the head of the WHO’s health emergency program, at a news conference in Geneva on Friday.
