Uhuru, Ruto return to Coast to launch projects

State House Spokesperson Manoah Esipisu said in statement last evening that President Kenyatta will go to the Coast to launch and inspect projects “that are aimed at transforming lives through inclusive growth". The tour of Coast counties, he added, were part of President Kenyatta’s nationwide tour to “meet the people and launch transformational projects implemented through initiatives by the Jubilee Administration". President Kenyatta and Mr Ruto are slated to start their programme with a tour of Taita Taveta County where the Head of State is set to launch the Bura-Mission Road and inspect the Mwatate-Wundanyi road. On Monday, the President and his deputy are scheduled to visit Kwale County to launch the key Kinango-Samburu Road before heading to Kilifi County for the launch of Mariakani-Bamba Road and address a rally at Kaloleni.
