Dr. Ugonma Nnenna Chukwueke and Samuel Charles Botsford were married May 26 at the State Room, an events space in Boston. Margot Gardner Botsford, the groom’s mother, who received permission from the Massachusetts secretary of the commonwealth to solemnize the marriage, officiated. Dr. Chukwueke, 37, is a staff neuro-oncologist at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and is also an instructor in neurology at Harvard Medical School, both in Boston. She graduated and received a master’s degree in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins, and received a medical degree from Wake Forest. The bride is a daughter of Mercy Anya Chukwueke and Ibe O. Chukwueke of Frisco, Tex.
