David Swanson Johnny Bobbitt Jr. Kate McClure and Mark D'Amico raised more than $US400,000 for Bobbitt Jr., a homeless man, but prosecutors say their story was a lie. No sentencing date has been set for either on those federal charges. D'Amico doesn't face any federal charges.
