Treasury yields dipped on Monday as cases of the coronavirus in the U.S. continued to surge, while leaders on both sides of the Atlantic looked for agreements on new fiscal stimulus to shore up their economies. The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note fell less than 2 basis points to 0.606 percent and the yield on the 30-year Treasury bond edged down to 1.302 percent. Yields move inversely to prices.
