MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) in Aseana in Parañaque City and the Consular Office in SM Manila will suspend operations on Tuesday, July 21, to allow for disinfection of their work places to prevent the spread of COVID-19. ADVERTISEMENTThe other consular offices will remain open with the usual operating hours. “The DFA requests the public’s understanding and cooperation as we continue to battle against this pandemic,” the DFA said. For the latest news and advisories, the DFA advised the public to check its consular website, its Facebook page, or its Twitter account. Its Aseana and Alabang consular offices closed temporarily last July 5 and its Cubao consular office on July 15 for the same reason.
