John Feeley said he could no longer serve President Trump in an "apolitical fashion" and that he could not stand by his policies as he quit his post. The US State Department confirmed Mr Feeley decided to "retire for personal reasons, as of March 9 of this year." According to the US Embassy in Panama website, Mr Feeley is married with two sons and is a Spanish speaker. Roxanna Cabral, Minister Counselor of the Embassy, will replace Mr Feeley until an official replacement is appointed.
