Instead of UPCAT, UP said it will assess other additional requirements of applicants after the evaluation of high school records. UP said application forms must be submitted online to minimize the risk of virus transmission. • High schools shall be requested to log on to the Grades Submission link to accomplish Form 2 (High School Records) on behalf of the applicants. An online survey was sent earlier to high schools using their registered email addresses in the records of the UP Office of Admissions (OAdms). The university also encouraged applicants to use secure e-mail accounts with two-step verification when sending their forms to protect data privacy.
