It will be held at 3pm on MondayThe University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) is going to hold its fifth convocation at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) in Dhaka's Agargaon area. President and Chancellor of ULAB Md Abdul Hamid will preside over the occasion. Dr Kazi Anis Ahmed, vice-president of ULAB Board of Trustees and Vice-Chancellor of ULAB Dr HM Jahirul Haque will also deliver speeches. ULAB was established on October 1, 2004, and currently hosts about 5,000 students from both undergraduate and graduate programs. The university held its first convocation on July 2010.
