Fahmida made the move after she was reportedly excluded from the voter list. The Chhatra Dal central committee member was represented in court by Barrister Ruhul Kuddus Kajal on Sunday. A High Court bench comprised of Justices Syed Refat Ahmed and Md Iqbal Kabir will conduct hearing on the writ petition on Monday. The Dhaka University authority announced that the Ducsu election—which has not been held in 29 years—as well as hall union polls, will be held on March 11 this year.
