NEW DELHI : UK-based film production and distribution company Langhard Ltd has entered into a joint venture with Divinity Studios, a new content firm founded by actor, musician and entrepreneur Harshvardhan Deo. The two will invest $20 million to develop, commission, produce, and distribute more than 20 films and series over the next 36-45 months. We are looking ahead on creating inspiring and distinctive content for the Indian diaspora across the world," he added. Langhard and Divinity Studios had been in talks to start a JV even earlier this year. Divinity has appointed film producer, distributor, marketing expert and trade analyst Girish Johar as chief executive officer.
