Storms are expected to bring heavy rain, lightning and hail - a big difference from yesterday's weather. Two yellow weather warnings for thunderstorms are in place for much of the UK from Thursday to Saturday, warning of disruption due to flooding, lightning strikes, hail and wind. It comes after a heatwave hit the country earlier this week, with highs of 33C registered in parts of the UK. Otherwise, showers or spells of rain and a few sunny spells.
