Warnings have been issued about the dangers of swimming in the sea around Durdle Door after the death of a man who disappeared underwater near the famous arch. The body of the man, who was in his twenties, was found near Man O'War Beach on Tuesday, June 23, two days after he went missing after running into difficulties while swimming. With no lifeguards currently patrolling the Durdle Door area, police are urging swimmers to take extra precautions while in the ocean off the Dorset coast, Somerset Live reports.
