The Prime Minister will meet other world leaders in person in Cornwall on Friday. The Sunday Times reports that the UK is preparing to send 100 million doses to poor countries to help meet the global target. The Prime Minister will also push for a global watch system to catch new variants before they can plunge countries back into lockdown. Mr Johnson said: "I'm calling on my fellow G7 leaders to join us to end this terrible pandemic and pledge will we never allow the devastation wreaked by coronavirus to happen again." A UK Government spokeswoman said "no decision" had been made on whether to ease all coronavirus restrictions on June 21.
