From 2007 to 2012, a programme within the defence intelligence agency collected and examined mysterious metals and videos of unidentified flying objects. It recently released a video taken by a fighter jet in San Diego of an encounter with a fast-moving white object. In another, a number of unidentified objects are seen travelling at high velocity, surrounded by a glow. A Navy pilot is heard exclaiming: “There’s a whole fleet of them.” It has drawn comparisons with The X-Files, a television programme about aliens.
