Changes to the current structure cannot be made during the current three-year cycle with television rights already sold. But UEFA and the European Club Association (ECA) are keen to make the alteration thereafter, report Marca. While nothing has yet been decided upon, UEFA and the ECA did strike a deal on Thursday to work together on European football until 2024. But UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin is adamant plans for a European Super League will not come to fruition. "There will be no European Super League," he confirmed at UEFA's congress meeting in Rome on Thursday.
