Former Juja Member of Parliament, Stephen Ndichu, has petitioned the High Court to suspend the registration of Atheists In Kenya society. In a petition filed before the Milimani Law Courts, the former Kiambu County assembly speaker argued that Kenya is a religious society and that the activities of the society are unconstitutional.
