The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 9 points, or less than 0.1%, to 25616, after rising more than 100 points in early trading. The S&P 500 declined 0.1%, while the Nasdaq Composite edged 0.1% lower. All three major averages are roughly flat for the week.
