MERSING: Two male suspects are believed to have been killed after a shoot-out with the police at a plantation here, just a few kilometers away from the district police headquarters, reportedly after a kidnapping incident. When contacted, Johor Criminal Investigation Department chief Senior Asst Comm Yusof Ahmad confirmed the case. He said a press conference would be held later by state police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Kamaruddin Md Din. "One of our units came across the suspects and they suddenly opened fire on the police vehicles at about 2am.
