Two students have drowned in the floodwaters of Rangamati’s Baghaichhari Upazila. The body of one of the flood victims was recovered from the Narikel Bagan near Baghaichhari Municipality around 5:30am on Thursday, reports bdnews24.com. Another body was pulled out from Bongoltali Union’s Balukhali village in Baghaichhari Upazila on Wednesday afternoon. He drowned due to the sudden onrush of the floodwaters,” said Mithel. Earlier, on Wednesday afternoon, Sohamoni Chakma drowned in the floodwaters in Balukhali village.
